Our story and philosophy

Porcellane Capodimonte Sbordone was founded in 2009, thanks to the expertise acquired with the help of master craftsmen skilled in Capodimonte porcelain making. From its early years, the company chose to link its name to the Neapolitan tradition of porcelain, an art that in Italy has roots stretching back centuries of artistic history. Porcellane Capodimonte Sbordone stands out for choosing to work exclusively by hand, keeping alive a craftsmanship that is increasingly rare today in the artistic ceramics sector

Our art evolves and is refined also through collaboration with artists from the Valencian decoration school. This exchange between the Neapolitan Capodimonte tradition and Spanish decorative techniques allows Porcellane Capodimonte Sbordone to constantly enrich its artistic language. It is precisely this dialogue between different schools that makes every piece signed Sbordone unique.

Our products are made using the finest raw materials sourced on the market, with clay blends imported from Spain and France, exclusively hand-shaped by our craftsmen. Pigments are selected and imported from Spain and Germany, ensuring vivid, long-lasting colors. Our artists decorate the products exquisitely freehand: this is precisely why every Porcellane Capodimonte Sbordone item is, in effect, a one-of-a-kind piece.

Our manufacturing process allows us to create unique products on par with very few other companies in the world. The goal of Porcellane Capodimonte Sbordone is to express a new concept of design and innovation, giving new life to traditional Capodimonte in a fresh, forward-looking way. Production remains 100% Made in Italy, with artisan craftsmanship in which every piece is unique.
